Reserved or non-reserved bus?

How do you book the reserved bus?

Booking is online only and opens 2 months before travel. Alpico takes no bookings by phone or email.

  • Leftover seats can be paid to the driver, but the page does not show availability.
  • If the reserved buses are full, the Alpico page points to the non-reserved bus plus a shuttle inside Hakuba Village to Happo Bus Terminal.

As an example, for travel on 15 Jan 2027 the reserved bus opens for booking around 15 Nov 2026, and the Shinjuku bus around 15 Dec 2026.

Before you book Reserve online the day booking opens. For travel between 29 Dec and 3 Jan, check Alpico’s page after the mid-November update, because the 2025-26 reserved buses ran daily in that period.
