Which free anime museums are in Tokyo?

Suginami Animation Museum. It is on the third floor of Suginami Kaikan in Kamiogi, open 10:00 to 18:00 with last entry at 17:30. Toei Animation Museum. It is in Oizumi, Nerima, and closes every Wednesday plus irregular days, so use its opening calendar. The guide page states no fee, and a 2019 Toei release says admission is free. Current hours are unclear right now. The last known hours (2019 release) were 10:00 to 17:00 with last entry at 16:30, and the guide page says re-entry reception ends at 15:30. An entry sticker allows re-entry the same day.
